Simple Homemade Slaw

The ultimate side to any Summer BBQ!

I cannot have a BBQ without a creamy slaw on the side, I just love it! I personally don't like the overpowering taste of raw white onion in slaw so I've left it out on this recipe to achieve the perfect creamy slaw. This tasty side goes perfect with chicken tenders, tacos, BBQ's literally anything. To be honest I could eat this slaw on its own with a spoon. This recipe makes a large bowl of slaw but it can be kept in the fridge for 3-4 days.

Total Cooking Time

10 Minutes

Ingredients

1/2 Red Cabbage

3 Carrots

1/2 Red onion

4tbsp Mayonnaise

2tbsp Sour cream

Dash white wine vinegar

Method

1. Grate the red cabbage and the carrots and mix together into a large bowl.

2. Finely dice the red onion and add this to the bowl. Now add the mayonnaise, sour cream and white wine vinegar and mix until fully combined. Really easy homemade slaw in 3 steps!
